If you made a mistake and need to cancel or change your order placed during a non-sale or non-promotional gift day, please call us at 203.222.2233 if it is during business hours. We will do our best to accommodate the changes.
If the order is placed before or after business hours, please email us at [email protected] and follow up with a phone call the next day to ensure we do not fulfill the order.
Once an order is shipped we cannot cancel or change your order.
Any orders placed during sale and promotional events cannot be changed or cancelled due to the high volume.
