How Do I Exchange an Item?

We want to make exchanging your items as easy as possible! If you need a different size, color, or style, you have two options depending on how quickly you need your replacement.

Option 1: Place a New Order (Recommended)

If you would like to receive your replacement item as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item.

Here's how it works:

1. Place a new order for the item you would like instead.

2. Include your new order number on the return slip inside your return package.

3. Send back your original item using our return process.

4. Your new order will ship the same day.

5. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you for the cost of the original full-price item.

Please note that you will be charged for the new order at the time of purchase.

Option 2: Quick Exchange

If you don't need your replacement item right away, you can request a Quick Exchange instead.

Here's how it works:

1. Send back the item you would like to exchange.

2. On the packing slip enclosed with your return, write “Quick Exchange.”

3. Clearly indicate the item you would like to receive in exchange.

4. Any price differences between the original item and the replacement item will be credited or charged accordingly.

Please note: Our inventory is constantly changing, so we cannot guarantee that your requested replacement item will still be available by the time your return arrives.

What If I Purchased My Item Using a Discount?

If you used a discount code or promotion on your original purchase, please contact our team before placing your replacement order so we can help you with the exchange and applicable discounted pricing.

You can also call us at 1-203-222-2233 to place your replacement order over the phone at the applicable discounted price.

Once we receive your original returned item, your refund will be processed according to our return policy.
