If you are looking to exchange an item, please note the process depends on where it was purchased:
Purchased at Splash of Pink: We would be happy to assist you with an in-store exchange, as long as it is within our 30-day return policy.
Purchased from Lilly Corporate (online): We can help expedite the return process, and Lilly Corporate will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Purchased from a Lilly Corporate brick-and-mortar store: Unfortunately, items purchased in-store must be returned directly to one of their physical locations, as we are unable to process those returns.
If you’re unsure where the item was purchased, please provide the name used and the order/receipt number.
