How do I make a return?Updated 20 days ago
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, have original tags attached, and be returned in their original packaging.
Return by Mail
To begin an online return:
Visit www.splashofpink.com and log in to your account.
Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
Submit your request — returns are typically reviewed within 24 hours.
Once approved, you will receive a separate email containing your prepaid return label.

When contacting us, please provide your order number and the details of the item(s) you’d like to return.
After receiving your label, print and attach it to your package. You may drop it off at your local USPS office or schedule a pickup with your carrier.
Note: An $8 shipping fee applies when using our prepaid return label (per order).
Return In Store
You may return items at any of our retail locations. Please bring your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have original tags attached.
Refund Process
After your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, being final sale, or other restrictions. These items are clearly marked on their product pages.
International Returns
We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
