Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email — simply click the tracking number to view your package’s status.

Free Shipping:

• Ships via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground from our Connecticut location.

• Typically takes 2–5 business days.

• Orders shipping to CT, MA, NY, and NJ usually arrive within 1–2 business days.

Priority Shipping:

• Orders placed with priority shipping after 3 PM EST will ship the following business day.

Track Your Orders:

• You can track your package directly through our chat — just log in, and you’ll be able to view and manage your orders right from the chat window.
