How do you handle refunds for shipping errors or delays?Updated 20 days ago

If a shipping error or delay occurs due to a mistake on our end, we sincerely apologize and will gladly refund your shipping costs. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation of the refund.

However, if the delay is caused by factors outside of our control—such as weather conditions or issues within the carrier’s service—we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund, as the responsibility lies with the carrier. In those cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request reimbursement.
