How long will it take to receive my order?Updated 23 days ago

When you place an order online or over the phone you can expect your order for all items in stock to ship out within 24-48 hours. We indicate the stock status of each item that you are placing in your cart and purchasing at checkout with the following information - "in stock ships within 24 hours" or "on order ships within 3-5 business days". Please note at times some items that are on order might deviate from the general rule of 3-5 business days. If an item is going to be delayed and not arriving within the expected window of 3-5 business days we provide that information as well at checkout and indicate a different time frame for when you can expect that item to ship. For any product that is seeing extended delays in the shipping we will reach out separately and provide you with additional updates.

Your order may be split across multiple shipments as some of the items you ordered may not all be in stock. If your order is sent in multiple shipments you will receive a separate tracking for each.

All of our items ship from our warehouse and/or stores located in Connecticut.
