What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 23 days ago

💌 Lost Packages

Oh no! We hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does — don’t worry, we’ll figure it out together! 💕

While our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received?
    If your package was marked as delivered within the last few hours, sit tight! Sometimes carriers scan packages a bit early. Keep an eye out over the next 1–2 days, as it often arrives soon after.

  • Tracking Stuck or Never Updated?
    If your tracking hasn’t updated in an unusually long time, or if it never showed movement, it may have been lost in transit. Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll reach out to the carrier to start a lost package investigation.

If the shipping address provided was a temporary location, we cannot assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer there when delivery occurs within the projected timeframe.


📦 Damaged Packages

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

  • Your order number and name
