When Will My Card or Store Credit Be Charged?

Your payment method will be charged once your order has been successfully placed. If you use a gift card or store credit, the balance will be applied at checkout.

Using Gift Cards or Store Credit

• Gift cards and store credit can be used online at checkout.

• If your purchase exceeds the gift card or store credit balance, you can pay the remaining amount with another accepted payment method.

• Gift cards and store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

Is My Payment Information Secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

Why Was My Payment Declined?

Payments may be declined for a variety of reasons, including:

When Will I Receive My Refund?

If a refund is issued, please allow 24–48 hours for it to process. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account. Refunds can be issued back to the original payment method, gift card, or store credit, depending on the original form of payment used.
