If you qualified for a gift with purchase and did not receive it, please ensure that your purchased items were not already on sale, as this can affect eligibility. You’ll also need to make sure the GWP is added to your cart before checkout — we do not automatically include the gift, as some customers prefer not to receive it.
Please note that GWPs are for a limited time, only available for purchases made during the specified promotion dates, and may not always be available. GWPs are also limited in quantity and may sell out. If you forgot to add the GWP to your order, please reach out to us immediately at 203-222-2233 or [email protected], and we can check availability to see if we’re able to add it for you.
